These Terms govern the use of PartyPops and the creation of printable party cutouts from user photos.

Service overview
PartyPops provides a guided flow that produces two printable layouts per face (4-up and 8-up), sized for A4 or US Letter. The service is single-purpose and not a general photo editor.

Eligibility and consent
Use of the service requires the following.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian approve your use.
Consent for uploads
You confirm you have rights to upload every image.
Children's photos
You must have permission to upload children's photos.

Account access
Login links are sent to your email address. Keep them secure and report unauthorized access. Activity under your session is your responsibility.

Acceptable use
Use PartyPops for personal, lawful purposes only. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or privacy-violating content or attempt to bypass safeguards or moderation.

Uploads and moderation
Accepted uploads are clear, front-facing portraits of a single person. Non-compliant content may be rejected or removed, and replacement uploads may be required.

License to process your content
You grant us a limited license to store and process your uploads to generate your pack, provide support, and deliver downloads. You keep ownership of your photos.

Outputs and ownership
Outputs are deterministic party assets based on your selections. Personal use is allowed. Resale, mass distribution, or commercial licensing is not permitted.

Payments, pricing, and taxes
Prices, currency, and tax or VAT details are shown at checkout. Payment must clear before downloads are available. Failed or abandoned payments do not create usable packs.

Delivery and retention
Downloads are delivered via the status page and email. Files are retained only for a short window; deleting a pack removes files immediately.

Refunds apply to failures or missing outputs. See the Refund Policy for details and eligibility.

Availability and changes
The service may change or be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or dependency issues.

Indemnity
You are responsible for unauthorized uploads, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

If a dispute arises, contact support first so we can try to resolve it. Applicable consumer protections remain in effect where you live.
