Are my photos secure?
Uploads are encrypted in transit. Files are stored only for a short retention window, and you can delete packs to remove files sooner. Photos are not public by default.
What photos work best?
Use bright, front-facing portraits with one person per image. Avoid side angles, group photos, heavy filters, or low light. PartyPops handles sizing automatically.
Can I print on any printer?
A4 and US Letter PDFs are included. Print at 100% scale and use cardstock for best results. Most home printers work well.
Do you ship anything?
PartyPops is fully digital. There is no physical shipping, and you print and cut at home.
How long do I keep access to my files?
You receive a status page and an emailed download link. Files remain available for a short retention window, and you can delete packs earlier for privacy.
What if I need a change?
Each pack includes one free redo for a single face. You can reprint the PDF as many times as you need. Support is available if something goes wrong.
