PartyPops is a custom digital service, and refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

Eligibility
Refunds are considered for failed processing, missing outputs, or service errors. Requests must include a job ID and be made while files are still retained.

Clear, single-face portraits
One person per image, facing forward.
No group photos
Groups reduce accuracy and are not eligible.
Avoid heavy filters
Extreme edits can block processing.
Follow instructions
Refunds are not granted if guidance is ignored.
Guidelines compliance
Content that violates rules is not eligible.

Partial results
If some faces fail and others succeed, delivered results remain available and missing outputs may be refunded proportionally.

Processing failures
If no usable output can be delivered, a full refund is provided for the affected pack.

Timing
Approved refunds are initiated promptly. Banks and card issuers determine final posting time.

Deletions
Deleting a pack removes files immediately for privacy. Deleted packs are no longer eligible for refunds.

Taxes and fees
Refunds include applicable tax or VAT when required by law.
